Housing in Wrexham

Almost any sort of housing can be found in the Wrexham area, ranging from a country mansion set in extensive grounds to a terraced town house.

Prices are noticeably lower than those to be found in many other parts of the UK, including the immediately adjacent counties. There is a good choice of old and new properties, both in town and in the extensive rural area, where there are a great many very attractive villages.

There is an active private rental sector and again prices compare favourably with the rest of the UK. Public housing is also readily available and the Council operates a policy of assisting incoming companies with the provision of housing for key workers.
