Directions to Llay Industrial Estate (Miners Road LL12 0PJ, Pinfold Lane LL12 0PX)

Llay Industrial Estate is situated on the north west side of Wrexham close to Chester, the A55, M53, M56 & M6.

Drive along the A483 Wrexham/Chester Bypass.

From the North

Take the Gresford roundabout turn off (signposted Nantwich).

At the roundabout with traffic lights take the 5th exit off sign posted Pandy.

Drive past Pandy sign.

At mini roundabout go straight across

Sharp right hand bend

At T-Junction turn right onto the B5425 towards Llay

Drive into Llay (30 m.p.h. area)

At the top of the road you come to a roundabout, there are 2 parts to Llay Industrial Estate

For Aerial Road, West Bank Road & Pinfold Lane you need to turn right at the roundabout and then immediately left.

For Llay Industrial Estate North turn right at the roundabout and proceed to the traffic lights.
Turn left at the traffic lights taking the B5373 towards Hope

Miners Road & Miners Park is the 1st turning on your left

Davy Way is the 2nd turning on your left.

From the South

Alternative Route for HGV’s

From the A483 take the junction off sign posted Rossett/Llay B5102

Follow the signs off the A483 to head to Llay
Approximately 2 miles along the road you reach a set of traffic lights, you can then turn right for Miners Road & Davy Way (Llay Estate North) or continue straight on for Aerial Road, West Bank Road & Pinfold Lane (Llay Estate South).  Aerial Road is second on the right, Pinfold Lane the first on the right.  West Bank Road runs across the top of these two roads.  Aerial Road is second on the right, Pinfold Lane the first on the right.  West Bank Road runs across the top of these two roads.
