Proceed along A483 Wrexham/Chester Bypass

From the North / South

Take the A483 until  you reach the B5102 Rossett/Llay turn off (Junction 7).

Take the  B5102 into Rossett

At  first roundabout go straight ahead sign posted Rossett/Gresford

Turn left onto B5102 Rossett/Holt

Proceed along B5445 for approx 1 half mile

Turn left sign posted Burton Green and proceed for half a mile and then turn right into Rossett Business Village.
