Connect Magazine - Spring 2008

Welcome to the latest edition of Connect, Wrexham County Borough Council’s quarterly magazine for people who live and work in the county borough.

Spring is upon us and so in this edition of Connect our thoughts turn to seasonal ways to do our bit for the environment, such as composting your garden and kitchen waste. Meanwhile, young Harri Evans must surely be one of Wrexham’s youngest green citizens, doing his bit for the environment by wearing real nappies.

This edition also includes news of some changes to our housing lettings policy to ensure it is fairer for all those applying as well as news from Wrexham’s Community Safety Partnership.

For our younger readers, there is a new section called Children’s Connect. We hope to make this a twice a year feature in the magazine, with the next one in our autumn edition.
