Connect - Winter 2004

Welcome to the 10th edition of Connect, Wrexham County Borough Council’s twice yearly magazine for people who live and work in the county borough.

With Christmas nearly upon us, we feature details of a number of festive events coming up, including the return of our popular ice rink on Queens Square and our annual visit from Father Christmas.

We also feature a number of developments that have taken place or will be taking place in the county borough in the future. These include the extension of our recycling scheme, retail and residential investment in Wrexham town centre and the continuing work being done to protect and enhance our environment.
