Connect - Winter 2006

 

Welcome to the latest edition of Connect, Wrexham County Borough Council’s quarterly magazine for people who live and work in the county borough.

The winter edition of Connect - our magazine for people who live and work in Wrexham county borough - is out now.

In our winter edition we look at a wide range of news from across the council, including details of up and coming Christmas events in Wrexham, a special guide for older people on how to keep yourself well, warm and safe and a guide to festive recycling.

And in the centre of this magazine there is a pullout on our Summary Improvement Plan, which sets out our achievements over the past 12 months and our future plans to target our priority areas.

Meanwhile, if you are 60 or over and looking to make a New Year’s resolution to keep fit then why not take advantage of free swimming. Read our feature on page 12 for more information.
