Connect Magazine - Winter 2007

 

Welcome to the latest edition of Connect, Wrexham County Borough Council’s quarterly magazine for people who live and work in the county borough.

This bumper edition of Connect includes seasonal advice on how to have a green Christmas, along with news of the success of our Stop-Pause-Think campaign to boost school attendance.

Other articles in the magazine, which goes out to residents at the beginning of December, include a feature on the important work of homecarers, details of Christmas bin collections and a festive what’s on section.

Meanwhile, in the centre of this edition you will find our Summary Improvement Plan, which details how we have performed over the past financial year and how we intend to further improve our services in the future.  We also include a consultation on our budget in the centre of the magazine.
