Notes on Charges

Hiring Period: Morning, Afternoon or Evening (3 hour sessions).

Conditions of Hire: Copies are available.

Commercial Lettings: The normal full charge for the room will be levied.

Concessionary Rates

  1. Discretionary power to reduce schedule of charges by a standard rate of 25% for charitable events and organisations and for local fund raising.
  2. Discretionary power to reduce charges for regular/block bookings.
  3. Discretionary power of the Head of Department to reduce charges for any booking, according to the scheme of delegation of powers to Officers.
