Notes on Charges.

Hiring Period All bookings are for Morning, Afternoon or Evening sessions.

Conditions of Hire Copies are available.

Commercial Lettings The normal full charge for the room will be levied.

Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 25% of hire charge is required at the time of booking. (This does not apply to regular block bookings).

Concessionary Rates

1) One free sessions per week to be shared by locally recognised Voluntary Groups of:

(25% reduction for WCBC Departments who are excluded from free sessions)

2) Discretionary power of the Community Centre Management Committee to reduce schedule of charges by a standard rate of 25% for charitable events and organisations and for local fund raising.

3) Discretionary power of the Head of Department to reduce charges for regular/block bookings.

4) Discretionary power of the Head of Department to reduce charges for any booking, according to the scheme of delegation of powers to Officers.
