Christmas Events 2014

Christmas Lanterns and Lights Parade 

Thursday 27th November 6pm, starting from Queens Square

Join Santa and his reindeer for a parade through Wrexham Town Centre, to herald the turning on of the Wrexham Christmas Lights.  The parade will begin at Queens Square and through the town to celebrate the start of the festive season.

Every Saturday in November leading up to the parade will feature lantern workshops in locations across Wrexham so that everyone can make a lantern to join in on the night!

Coca Cola Christmas Truck

Friday 5th December 12noon – 8pm, Queens Square

Christmas will soon be here, and to celebrate the festive season, Coca-Cola is sending its iconic Christmas truck on tour. On Friday 5 December from 12-8pm, the truck will stop at Queens Square, Wrexham.

Be sure to head on down to enjoy the magic of the truck and a chilled Coca Cola, Diet Coke or Coca-Cola Zero to the sounds of festive music.

Opens Saturday 6th December

Visit Father Christmas in the People's Market, Chester Street, Wrexham.

Victorian Christmas Market

Thursday 11 December, 12 noon - 8:00pm, Church Street and St Giles' Church

70 stalls selling toys, candles, jewellery, books, cards, crafts, Christmas decorations, freshly cut trees, plants, pottery, local produce, freshly cooked Welshcakes, mulled wine, hot chestnuts and lot, lots more.
