Housing Consultation: Houses in Multiple Occupation Improvement (HMO) Draft Policy & Private Sector Housing Enforcement Draft Policy

The consultation on the HMO improvement policy and Housing Standards Enforcement Policy has ended.

Following representations from various stakeholders it was decided to expand the improvement strategy to cover all houses in the private rented sector. A Private Rented Sector Improvement Strategy 2009-12 was approved by the Executive Board on the 28 April 2009 and can be found at www.wrexham.gov.uk/english/council/Housing/private_rented_sector_impstrategy.htm
