When asked where respondents would prefer to receive advice from, panellists were most likely to state ‘Wrexham Council Trading Standards’ (64%) followed by the ‘Citizens Advice Bureau’ (57%).

The vast majority of respondents (at least 86%) stated that they think all of the things Trading Standards do are important, with the most important being protecting the elderly and vulnerable, followed by enforcing legislation restricting the sale of age related products.
