“We're Listening” - Understanding and Responding to Citizens Annual Report

Wrexham County Borough Council consults and engages with local people, organisations and communities at a range of levels – from negotiating a tailored social care package with an individual, to consulting all local communities on the development of major plans and strategies.

We aim to publish a summary of the results of all major corporate consultation and engagement projects. In previous years this has been done through collating an 'Understanding our Customers report,' from 2011 onwards we will be publishing "We're Listening" as an annual report setting out how the Council has responded to public opinion and the impact that your views have had.
