Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal World Heritage Site – Draft Supplementary Planning Document

This guidance note has been jointly produced by the three Local Authorities of Wrexham County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council and Shropshire Council in relation to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal World Heritage Site.

It amplifies development plan policies of the three respective Councils and is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications that affect the World Heritage Site and its setting. It is intended to provide guidance to developers, members of the public, Officers and Members of the Council.
