Draft Tenant and Leaseholder Participation Strategy and Action Plan The Council is currently consulting on its draft “Tenant and Leaseholder Participation Strategy and Action Plan” which has been developed after consultation with Wrexham Tenants and Residents Federation, Wrexham Tenants Assembly, Wrexham Leaseholders Assembly and Tenant and Residents Associations within the borough.
The Strategy gives everybody a chance to be genuinely involved in decision making so that there is joint ownership of decisions reached.
The Action Plan outlines the main actions we intend to undertake to develop tenant participation and deliver the aims and objectives of the strategy.
We now want to know your views on these proposals and would be grateful if you would complete a short questionnaire about the Strategy and Action Plan.
You can submit the questionnaire up to 26th September 2008.
All responses received will be considered before the issuing of the final document.
