Community Transport Consultation
Wrexham CBC currently spends £130,000 on community transport services, including Charriots, West Wheels, Taxi Buses and WRVS Car Schemes. In these challenging times, we are seeking views on how we should prioritise our spending on community transport in the future.
Developing a sustainable budget could allow investment in the community transport service. Currently there are seven operators and various charging structures. A more detailed understanding of your needs could help us to expand services for the benefit of disabled and socially excluded residents and groups.
This consultation is running from the 17th of October and will close on 14th of November 2011.
