As part of our on-going development programme we offer a range of payment methods for Council Tax and Business Rates, Housing Rents, Sundry debts plus the ability to pay utility bills for North Wales Gas and Dee Valley Water directly, and securely, to the Council.

This online payment facility allows you to pay bills directly, and securely, to the Council 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for:

Telephone Bill Payments

You can make payments to Wrexham County Borough Council, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by using this new interactive digital telephone payment option.

By telephoning 01978 292059, and following the simple instructions, payments can be made using your credit or debit card by keying in the appropriate numbers.

This payment facility allows you to pay bills directly to the Council for:

• Council Tax
• Business Rates
• Housing Rent,
• Sundry debts such as Council invoices
• North Wales Gas
• Dee Valley Water

Direct Debit

You are recommended to use this method if you wish to pay by 10 instalments. Direct Debit Mandates are available below to download:

 Postal Payment

If you wish to pay post and do not require a receipt, please make sure you quote your Account Reference. If you require a receipt send the whole document with a self addressed envelope.

 Personal Visit

Payments can be made to the Cash Office, Lambpit Street, Wrexham between 8.45am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Please bring the whole document for receipting.

Payments can also be made at your local Estate Office.
