Garage plots are currently available at an annual rate of £40.50 on sites in Bradley, Gwersyllt and Llay.
Gwersyllt Estate Office staff are in the process of conducting their quarterly checks of all properties - tenants are reminded of their obligation to maintain their gardens and communal areas.
Housing surgeries are held at Llay Resource Centre at 10.00am on Tuesdays.
