Dropped Kerbs and Hardstandings

Estate Management Officers are currently doing the rounds and identifying properties which do not appear to have had permission for the above and writing to tenants to ask them to apply. If you moved to a house which had a hard standing when you moved in you may receive a letter asking you to apply. Please contact us and we will advise you further.

Estate Management

Officers are out and about looking at the gardens and surrounds of all our properties to ensure they are being kept to a good standard as per your tenancy agreement. Please ensure that your garden is neat and tidy which will make sure you don’t receive a letter.
