Dropped Kerbs and Hardstandings

Estate Management Officers are currently doing the rounds and identifying properties which do not appear to have had permission for the above and writing to tenants to ask them to apply. If you moved to a house which had a hard standing when you moved in you may receive a letter asking you to apply. Please contact us and we will advise you further.
