Housing Renewal Strategy

This strategy aims to build on the success of previous policies for improving the quality of private sector housing in Wrexham by linking the strategy with corporate objectives and policies.

A wide-ranging consultation process was undertaken which made a significant contribution to the development of the Strategy. The Council recognises that this Strategy will change and evolve to match changing housing needs and expectations.

Partnership working has proven successful with Wrexham Care & Repairand CADW as notable examples and this Strategy will allow us to develop stronger partnership working with other organisations.
