HomeSwapping - a DIY guide

All  Wrexham County Borough Council  tenants will from January 2008 have free access to HomeSwapper.co.uk, the UK's largest online mutual exchange service. This will replace our existing mutual exchange register which closed on 31st December 2007.

What is HomeSwapper?

HomeSwapper enables you to find your ideal mutual exchange, searching for potential matches with thousands of other tenants from all over the country. HomeSwapper is easy to use with powerful and effective matching. Hundreds of families swap homes via the service every month.

How do I find matches?

The site can provide you updates and possible matches by email, text message or your on-site account. Registration is free, easy and secure via the website.

Someone I know would like to try it, but they haven't got the net!

If you don't have internet access or know someone who would like to participate but does not have internet access a Homeswapper application form can be obtained from our Local Housing Offices or you could visit one of our Libraries for FREE internet access.
