As soon as we know that a property is becoming empty we will start to look for another tenant. Applicants registered for that type of property and location will be considered in points order, highest first. Generally where 2 applicants have the same points we will offer the property to the applicant who has been waiting for housing the longest. Wherever possible we will consider the size of the household to ensure the best use is made of the property.
If you are successful we will write to offer you the property. You have 5 working days to return the acceptance form to us.
