Low Cost Home Ownership helps people who are unable to purchase a property on the open market suitable for their needs.

In recent years, house prices have risen substantially throughout the County Borough, meaning that many local people on modest or average salaries are unable to buy their own home. 

By working with Housing Associations and local developers, Wrexham County Borough Council aims to provide affordable homes for local people.

The Home Gateway register aims to assist people who cannot afford to rent or buy a property on the open market suitable for their needs. Wrexham County Borough Council works with housing associations and developers to provide homes for rent or sale that are affordable.
