The Repairs Service offer tenants an appointment system for all non-emergency routine repairs for which access is required. This may be to undertake the repair or for an inspector to visit, if required.
Tenants can be offered an appointment for morning, afternoon, all day or to avoid school runs. Some bigger jobs may only be offered all day appointments due to the nature of the work.
A confirmation letter of appointment will be sent to the tenant, whichever reporting method is used.
