Service Charter

This is the Customer Charter for Strategic Housing Services. It tells you what standard of service we aim to provide and how you can contact us. It also informs you how you can give us feedback, and how to inform us of any complaints you may have.

Introduction

Strategic Housing Services includes the following services:

  • Homelessness
  • Supporting People
  • Area Renewal
  • Housing Renewal (including Disabled Facilities Grants)
  • Housing Strategy and Standards

As part of our aim to continuously improve the services we provide, we have undertaken to be assessed under the Customer Service Excellence standard (previously Charter Mark). By undertaking this we hope to demonstrate our commitment to providing an excellent customer service, and it will help us to measure the customer service we deliver and identify areas for improvement.
