Overpayments – this section explains how to avoid overpayments occurring, how an overpayment occurs, how we will recover an overpayment, and what to do if you do not agree with our decision to recover an overpayment.
Appeals – this section explains who can appeal a decision we make, what decisions you can appeal against, the time limits for submitting an appeal, and what happens when an appeal is made.
Local Housing Allowance (LHA) – this section explains how LHA will affect you, who will be affected by the changes, the reasons for the introduction of LHA, the circumstances where we might choose to pay you rather than your tenant, how the LHA rates are set, and where to locate these rates.
Disclosing Information – this section explains what information we will be able to tell you about your tenants, and what information we expect you to share with us.
