Corporate Land and Buildings Strategy (2009-14)

The Corporate Land and Building Strategy (2009–2014) was approved by Executive Board on 14 July 2009 to replace the obsolete Asset Management Plan.

The document has been developed to meet Welsh Assembly Government guidance on asset management which requires the adoption of a more strategic and partnership based approach to asset management and asset management planning including identifying and more effectively monitoring the benefits realised from capital investment and the long term outcomes derived from capital investment.
