Older People Commissioning Plan

In the Joint Commissioning Strategy for Older People’s Services (2009-2014) we identify how health, social care, voluntary and independent sector partners will work together to achieve key priorities for older people’s services. We will be building on the advancements already made, and affirming our commitment to delivering a range of appropriate and high quality services that meet the diverse needs of older people in Wrexham.
