Notice of Election - Ruabon Division

Casual vacancy in the office of County Borough Councillor for the Ruabon Division.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that a vacancy exists in the office of County Councillor for the Ruabon division.

This vacancy has arisen following the death of Councillor Barrie Price and the period of office will expire in May 2012.

An election to fill the vacancy will be held if TWO electors for the county borough give notice in writing claiming such election to the Returning Officer, Ty Dewi Sant, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham LL11 1NF.
