LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION FOR WALES
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 56(1)
REVIEW OF COMMUNITY BOUNDARIES IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM
The Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales have completed the first stage of their review of community boundaries in the County Borough of Wrexham and have published their Draft Proposals report.
Copies of the report containing maps which illustrate the proposals are available for inspection at the offices of Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, WREXHAM, LL11 1WF; and at the Commission’s offices in Cardiff. Arrangements are also being made to place copies of the report in each public library in the County Borough of Wrexham. A limited number are available, on request, from the Commission. The report can be viewed on the Commission’s web site at www.lgbc-wales.gov.uk.
The Commission invites any person or body having an interest in the review to send their comments in writing to: The Secretary, Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales, Caradog House, 1-6 St Andrews Place, CARDIFF CF10 3BE or by e-mail to lgbc.wales@wales.gsi.gov.uk by 11 August 2008. The Commission will carefully consider any such representations made to them before they submit their Final Proposals to the Welsh Assembly Government.
