Traffic Management for Eagles Meadow Opening

Wrexham responds to rail network consultation
Wrexham County Borough Council has welcomed the opportunity to comment on the recently released Network Rail draft Route Utilisation Strategy (RUS) for Wales. The Council works closely with bordering local authorities and the regional transport consortium for North Wales as well as the Welsh Assembly Government to deliver improvements to rail facilities and in turn increase usage of rail services in the County Borough and wider region. |

Tidy Towns Launched in Wrexham
Communities in Wrexham are set to benefit from funding from the Welsh Assembly Government under its Tidy Towns initiative. Wrexham Council have received £121,000 under the scheme and is now contacting all 34 community councils in the county borough to submit a scheme which they believe will improve their environment. |

Road Closure for Removal of Crane
On Tuesday 16th September the new road around the Eagles Meadow will be closed to through traffic. The closure is to enable Wilson Bowden Ltd to dismantle one of the large cranes that has been in use since early on in the construction process. |
