Road Closure for Removal of Crane

On Tuesday 16th September the new road around the Eagles Meadow will be closed to through traffic. The closure is to enable Wilson Bowden Ltd to dismantle one of the large cranes that has been in use since early on in the construction process.

Traffic travelling into Wrexham along the A525 Salop Road will be diverted along St Giles Way and around the A5152 Inner Ring Road. Access will be available to Caia Road, Rivulet Road and Mount Street at all times.

The road will close after 9.30 am and will reopen on the afternoon of Wednesday 17th September.

Motorists are asked to allow extra time for their journeys, as delays are expected, especially at peak traffic periods.

For further information or enquiries re traffic management please contact Geraint Jones on 01978 296015.
