Still time to jump on the 'Space Hop' at your local library

There is still plenty on offer to keep the kids entertained at you local library during the summer holidays.

Libraries across Wales have been sending children on an intergalactic adventure that will keep them reading throughout the summer holidays with the 2010 Summer Reading Challenge – Space Hop.

It’s the must do FREE summer holiday activity for anyone ahead 3-12 years. All children have to do is visit the library a minimum of 3 times over the holidays and read 6 or more books. Along the way your child will be rewarded with a bookmark, pencil, wristband, certificate and stickers. Everyone who completes the challenge by 4 September will be invited to the ‘Space Hope' celebration on Saturday 2 October.

Every child who completes the Space Hop challenge will be entered into a prize draw to win a Nintendo DS. For further details please contact your local library.
