Improvements to Wrexham Waterworld

The Welsh Assembly is making a £30,000 investment in the changing facilities at Wrexham County Borough Council’s Waterworld Leisure and Activity Centre.

As part of the Free Swimming Improvement Fund, the investment means that the family changing area will be improved, there will be a new push chair park and there will be new specifically designed and located disabled lockers to accompany the existing disabled changing facilities.

In order for the work to be carried out as quickly as possible and with minimum disruption, the swimming pool at Waterworld will be closed between the 16th and 20th July 2007.
