Procurement Strategy
Approved by the Executive Board on the 7th of July 2009, this Procurement Strategy covers the period 1st August 2009 to 31st July 2012.
It sets out the priorities for procurement in the Council and will play a vital part in helping us to concentrate on areas that will maintain and build progression made during the life of the previous strategy. It will also help to ensure that all services are delivered to meet needs, in cost effective efficient ways.
