How to Apply for a Blue Badge

You can apply for a Blue Badge either using the online application form, or by contacting the Social Care Department , who will send you an application form through the post on request.

Applying for a Blue Badge Online

If you would like to apply for a Blue Badge online your details will be received and processed by Wrexham County Borough Council's Social Care Department.

Should your application be successful we will contact you and ask you to supply two recent passport type photographs signed by the applicant on the reverse side. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PHOTOGRAPHS UNTIL REQUESTED.

We will ask you to visit a Social Care Office to collect your Blue Badge, and supply the two photographs, plus any additional documentation as part of the application process.

Application Form by Post

You should complete the form and return it to a Social Care Office, along with the two recent passport type photographs signed by the applicant on the reverse side. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PHOTOGRAPHS UNTIL REQUESTED.

The whole process normally takes about six weeks.
