It’s a new service that aims to make a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable children and families living in Wrexham. This type of service aims to bring about family lifestyle changes to enhance child welfare and keep families together.

Wrexham is committed to delivering high quality services for children, young people and adults with ASD and their families.
Carers in the Wrexham area now have additional access to helpful information and resources via a special Carers’ Collection. The Carers’ Collection is based at Wrexham Library but it is also accessible from each of the 11 community libraries, the mobile library as well as the Homelink service that visits individuals in their own home. Smaller collections are kept in nearly all branches libraries.

The handbook aims to empower disabled children and their families through a greater understanding of their rights and entitlements. It’s available free online.
