Community Inclusion Team

We would like to introduce you to the new and exciting service provided by the Community Inclusion Team. 

The purpose of this new service is:

To enable individuals with different abilities, to engage in their local community and develop friendships that will create natural support groups and a sense of belonging.

  • We will support people to lead ordinary lives in the community
  • We will develop individuals to access the same choices as everyone else
  • We will develop your chosen activities, interest or skills
  • We will enhance opportunities for you

The Community Access Resource List

We have built up an "on-going" resource list containing more than 600 entries of activities/ information that is available to anyone who is involved with integrating individuals into the community.
