Welcome to Wrexham County Borough Council Social Services.
Wrexham Council’s Social Services functions and responsibilities are provided mainly through two key departments:-
- The Social Care Department which is responsible for Adult Social Services
- The Safeguarding & Support Department which is responsible for Children’s Social Services.
The Statutory Director for Social Services is Andrew Figiel who is also Chief Social Care Officer.
The Chief Safeguarding & Support Officer is Marie Lebacq.
