Wrexham Adult Social Services provide services to people aged 18 years
or over who have a learning disability.
We also provide support to family and other carers of people with a learning
disability. We can help to:
- Work with people to develop new skills and maximise their abilities
- Support people to live in their own home successfully
- Provide help with managing money
- Provide a break for people with learning disabilities and their carers
- Enable people to obtain a worthwhile job or training opportunity
- Ensure people are not at risk of harm
- Provide separate help to carers.
