Help for Older People with Mental Health Problems

The Wrexham Adult Social Care Department provides services to adults, in other words, people aged 18+ years or over.

The kind of people we help are usually those who need support to deal with difficulties in their daily lives because of their physical or sensory impairments, learning disabilities or mental health needs. We also provide support to the carers of people with these difficulties.

The Community Mental Health Team for Older People in Wrexham provide advice, assessment and support to people over the age of 65 who have problems with mood or memory and offer support/advice to their carers.
