Night Support Service

The Wrexham Adult Social Care Department provides services to adults, in other words, people aged 18+ years or over.

The kind of people we help are usually those who need support to deal with difficulties in their daily lives because of their physical or sensory impairments, learning disabilities or mental health needs. We also provide support to the carers of people with these difficulties.

The Night Support Service consists of a small team of dedicated and well trained staff who provide support and care to adults in their own home during night time hours.
