Reablement Services

The Wrexham Adult Social Care Department provides services to adults, in other words, people aged 18+ years or over.

The kind of people we help are usually those who need support to deal with difficulties in their daily lives because of their physical or sensory impairments, learning disabilities or mental health needs. We also provide support to the carers of people with these difficulties.

 Reablement Services

The Reablement Service provides planned, short term, intensive assistance to adults. The intervention is designed to maximize their independence following a period of illness, disability or loss of confidence.
