Short Break Service Park View

The Wrexham Adult Social Care Department provides services to adults, in other words, people aged 18+ years or over.

The kind of people we help are usually those who need support to deal with difficulties in their daily lives because of their physical or sensory impairments, learning disabilities or mental health needs. We also provide support to the carers of people with these difficulties.

Park View provides planned and emergency short breaks in an adapted but homely property, where individuals are encouraged to maintain and gain their independent living skills.
