NVQ Level 2 Team Leading - Foundation Modern Apprentice Framework

What’s involved?

• NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading Covers the following, which as a Team Leader you are likely to be responsible for:

  • Organise & improve your team’s work

  • Work safely & effectively with team members

  • Organise and communicate information

• Key skills – Application of number & Communication Level 1

• Workbook – Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Who is it for?

The Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading is for you if you are a practising team leader or supervisor with:

• some degree of personal autonomy and responsibility, and

• who collaborates with others through membership of a team

How long will it take to complete?

Framework takes between 12 and 24 months to complete.

What commitment is required?

• Induction day at Wrexham ITeC
• Time to attend ITeC Workshops/training if necessary
• Assessor to visit Learner in the workplace – at least once a month for between 1-2 hours for observation and portfolio building. (All visits by Assessor and days in ITeC will be on mutually agreed pre-arranged dates).

What will it cost?

There is no direct cost to Employer or Employee.

How is it delivered?

In the workplace and attending courses at ITeC – if necessary
