Do you need to speak to someone in confidence? You can talk to our trained youth workers. The Info shop takes confidentiality very seriously and this will be explained to you more fully when you come in.

We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11.30 till 5.30 and Tuesday & Thursday 11.30 till 4.30.

Everyone experiences difficulties at some point in their lives, and it can be helpful to talk things through with someone who will listen and not judge you.

Outside In is a free and confidential counselling service based at the Info Shop. You can drop in or phone to make an appointment on 01978 358900.

Second Voice is a free independent Advocacy service for young people aged 11-25 living in Wrexham County Borough. You can call in and ask for an advocate and we will assign an advocate to you case or give us a call on 0800 032 2630.

The clinic is open on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm until 5.30pm and also on a Saturday 11am until 1.30pm where nurses are available for you to talk to in confidence. Free condoms are always available from youth workers during shop hours, whilst other forms of contraception are also available, given by the nurses when the clinic is open.
