This page provides details about
waste services provided by Wrexham County Borough Council's Environment Department.
The Environment Department arranges the collection of waste from
approximately 55,000 homes and 1,500 commercial properties under contract
every week. The amount of waste collected increases each year, 80,000
tonnes was collected in 2001.
Most of this rubbish is from domestic wheeled bin collections and waste
taken to the Civic Amenity Sites (Household Waste Sites). A lot of items
in the waste could be reclaimed and reused if they were collected separately.

Free2collect
This 'not for profit' website allows people to post unwanted items for others to collect. As they say, one man's junk is another man's treasure. It's really simple. It's absolutely free to add items, to browse, and to obtain. The only stipulation is that if you find an item you want, you must arrange collection.
