Your household should have been sent a bin sticker and Recycle with Michael calendar which tells you on what day it will be emptied. If you don’t have these you can view or download them from our website.
Your sticker will give you this information alternatively you can check the information on this site - bank holiday arrangements.

Report a Missed Trade Refuse Collection
There is an assisted collection service available. If you are medically unfit, unable to move your bin and cannot gain assistance from another member of the household or a neighbour then please contact 01978 298989 or write to the Chief Environment Officer, Environment Department, Wrexham County Borough Council, Crown Buildings PO Box 1297, Chester Street, Wrexham, LL13 8ZE.
Report a Missed Assisted Refuse Collection
Non bulky garden waste such as grass clippings may be placed in your wheelie bin but please remember for health and safety reasons when taken to the collection point you should be able to fully close the lid. For garden refuse that you cannot place in your bin the County has household recycling centres in several locations throughout the County Borough.
If you are unable to take them yourself to any of the civic amenity sites located throughout the County Borough then contact 01978 298989 who will be able to advise on the removal of the items. There may be a charge if the Council remove them for you. Link to the online Bulky Collection request form.
