Roundabout Sponsorship

Wrexham Council introduced it’s Roundabout Sponsorship scheme five years ago and since then it has gone from strength to strength, improving the environment for Wrexham residents and visitors.

Wrexham is a vibrant place for all who live and work within the area and is renowned for being innovative in gaining investment and regeneration opportunities for the benefit of the local economy. Wrexhams success is reflected in the many exciting developments underway.

The geographical location of Wrexham, its close links to all major road networks, rail links and ease of access to North Wales and the North West makes it an ideal area to advertise your business.

Companies can promote their company name, logo and website and highlight their particular service or product on one of our roundabouts.

To your potential customer your sign would be visible 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

There are various locations around Wrexham which companies can choose from. They are affordable and cost effective. Your sponsorship funds will go towards the maintenance and development of the roundabouts which also supports the Wrexham in Bloom Campaign.

If a company is sponsoring a new roundabout they will be able to have an input into the design of the roundabout (as shown). These improvements to roundabouts will make a significant impact on the area and environment of those who live and work in the locality.

Wrexham Council reserve the right not to enter into a Roundabout Sponsorship Agreement with any sponsor for any reason.

How much will it cost?

Prices do vary and the cost depends on the following things:

The location of the roundabout
The amount of traffic that passes the roundabout
The planting scheme incorporated

The roundabouts come in three price ranges.

Level 1 - £1000
Level 2 - £2000
Level 3 - £3000

Level 1 and Level 2 will have a 25% discount and Level 3 will have a 33% discount. All prices shown are excluding VAT

How long can you sponsor a roundabout for?

All our roundabouts can be sponsored for a minimum period of 1 year up to a maximum of 2 years. Discounts may be considered if a company is interested in sponsoring for more than a year.

What is included within the sponsorship package?

We will provide professional signs with your company’s logo and details. Your company will be associated with a high profile campaign. Our sponsored roundabouts are located at busy sites and your sign will be visible 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year.

The following are roundabouts that are available for Sponsorship in Wrexham. There may be more roundabouts added pending planning Applications. The roundabouts come in three price ranges.

	Bridge Road South Wrexham Industrial Estate - £3000 per year	Bodhyfryd - £3000 per year
	Bridge Road South (Easter) Wrexham Industrial Estate - £2000 per year	NEWI Roundabout (Restrictions apply) - Need to Negotiate a price
	Plas Coch 1 Roundabout - £3000 per year	Croesnewydd Road - £2000 per year
	Plas Coch 2 Roundabout - £3000 per year	Rhostyllen A5152 Wrexham By-Pass - £2000 per year
