| Licence summary |
To run a business where petrol is stored for dispensing directly into the fuel tank of an internal combustion engine - or where large amounts of petrol are stored for private use - you need a licence from your local petroleum licensing authority. Applications for areas in Greater London or a metropolitan county must be made to the local fire and rescue authority. In all other instances applications should be made to the local county or county borough council. Fees will be payable for a licence. Conditions may be attached to a licence. |

| Consumer Complaint |
We would always advise that in the event of a complaint the first contact is made with the trader by you - preferably in the form a letter (with proof of delivery). If that has not worked, if you are located in the UK, Citizens Advice Consumer Service will give you advice. From outside the UK contact the UK European Consumer Centre. |
