Weighbridge operator's licence

Licence summary	To operate a public weighbridge, you require a certificate of competence issued by the Chief Inspector for Weights and Measures for your local authority.
Eligibility Criteria	You must have sufficient knowledge for the proper performance of your duties.

Will Tacit Consent Apply?	Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period unless of police objection.
